We flew back to NJ for a surprise 80th birthday party so we tried to get in some visit time with friends and relatives. Of course, our first stop had to be pizza from Vic's in Bradley Beach. As a native of Neptune you'd think I'd be a Pete and Elda's fan but although that pie is good we always, as kids, went to Vic's. They didn't disappoint!

A trip to The Pour House in Shrewsbury reunited us with our favorite bartender from the defunct Sitting Duck in Long Branch as well as surprise visits to our table from theater friends.
