Yes, I know it has been quite some time since our last post but hey, retirement in Florida takes up a lot of your time! After leaving our home for 6 months,
Sunshine RV Resort in Vero Beach we headed for a week in Fort Myers Beach at the
Gulf Waters RV Resort. Very expensive place to either buy or stay but in April the prices are much lower so we took advantage. Hadn't been to Fort Myers in quite some time so we made sure to hit Sanibel as well as surrounding areas.

After leaving Fort Myers Beach we headed to
Webster, Fl and The Florida Grande RV Resort for a little over a week. Although out of the way and very rural its about an hour from Disney and about 30 minutes from Tavares and Lake Dora where we attended a wedding .

This place was unbelievable and actually affordable but there is nothing and I mean NOTHING to do nearby!

After the wedding we spent 4 nights at
The Villages a playground for seniors! Awesome place we had our own Golf Cart as well as bikes, theater, and all the golf you could want!

After our stay at The Villages we headed back Florida Grande to leave for our next destination Savannah. We stayed at
Creekfire Motor Ranch which is just off I95. Very nice resort with many amenities. We were able to tour Tybee Island one day and the next day we went in to downtown and took a tour boat as well as walked around and of course lunch!

After Savannah we continued the journey home with stops in The Barnyard RV Park in Lexington, SC, Mayberry Campground in Mt Airy, NC, Harrisonburg KOA in Shenandoah, VA and finally Jonestown/Hershey KOA in Hershey, PA. Then back home in NJ.
