Wild Horses Couldn't Drag Me Away

My apologies to The Rolling Stones for the title but it rings true. While we were trekking in our Jeep on the beach towards the Virginia State Line we encountered 3 wild horses that live on Carova Beach.
We have always tried to see them but except for a quick view through some trees, we were never able to get a view like this. While I was photographing them they started to walk towards me. BA has it on her Flip video camera.
You can be sure I took plenty of shots as well as some with them as they played near the water. (to be posted later).
We headed the 12 miles back to the only entry/exit at Corolla and treated ourselves to lunch at one of regular spots The Route 12 Steak and Seafood Company.
